Our web site automatically gathers Internet Protocol (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx), Browser (Internet Explorer) and Operating System (Windows) information from your computer. This is done strictly for statistical purposes, in order to improve our web site. In addition, your IP information is used to monitor your movements throughout the site, to protect us and our clients from potential hackers. This information is not abused nor sold in any way. We do not automatically gather any other information about you.
Account Signup
In order to receive products from us, you are required to sign up for an account. We collect your email address, name, username, and password, and optionally, your web site. Your email address is used when submitting any form on our site, so we will be able to reply back to your email address. None of this information is abused, sold, or will be seen by any third party, and is only used for internal purposes.
Order Forms
Our orders are processed by an external processor,
PayPal. Orders with PayPal are safe and secure, and you may
view their privacy activities. PayPal collects contact information (email address), financial information (credit card numbers), and demographic information (zip code). Once an order has been submitted, PayPal will email us statistical information on that order (amount, item name), and also the buyers name and email address. No financial (credit card) information is ever given or seen by us, and will remain within the PayPal system only. None of this information is abused, sold, or will be seen by any other third party. PayPal will also send an automatic notification to our server, containing information about the purchase. This information is only used for processing the order to provide the service ordered.
Security
This web site takes every reasonable precaution to protect our users' information. When you submit sensitive information via the web site, your information is protected both online and offline. IndexCOR has put security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alterations of the information under our control. We one-way encrypt users' passwords, and keep our passwords hard to guess, with combinations of letters and numbers.
