License Agreement

By installing and running ezDatabase™ on your server, you agree to the following terms and conditions. The following agreement is on your behalf, on behalf of any corporation that employs you, or any corporation that you represent. In this agreement, 'IndexCOR', 'we', 'us' refers to IndexCOR LLC, 'you' means the licensee and anyone who will be using the software.
  1. Each occurrence of ezDatabase™ must be running under a valid license purchased from this website.
  2. Each ezDatabase™ license grants you the right to run one occurrence of ezDatabase™ on one domain and one web site on that domain.
  3. You must furnish the full domain path to where ezDatabase™ is to be run using the ezDatabase.org member area prior to installation of ezDatabase™.
  4. The software is licensed to you, and you may not resell/rent/auction/sublicense/transfer or otherwise dispose of the software or any part of the software.
  5. Modifications of the software are allowed at your own risk. If you do so, you will forfeit updates to the software.
  6. The {$global_copyright} tag insert must be inserted visibly (minimum size 1 [10px] font) into the required templates unless copyright removal has been purchased from this website.
  7. Modifying the software to obtain the ability to remove/modify copyrights where copyright removal has not been purchased, or modification of the software to obtain the ability to use the software without a valid license is strictly prohibited.
  8. You ensure that any third parties (colleagues, employees) or anyone who will be using the software are notified of this licensing agreement.
  9. The software may not be used for any unlawful purpose or to damage the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to patents, trade marks, designs and copyrights.
  10. If any terms of this agreement are violated, we reserve the right to terminate your license.

Disclaimer of Warranty

This software is provided "as is" and without warrenties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warrenties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

IndexCOR accepts no liability for loss of profits, data, or any damages caused directly or indirectly by the software or the use of the software. Furthermore, we accept no liability for failure of payment transmission, payment arrival after 30 days, or check received in an unreadable form.

We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information on the ezDatabase™ website relating to the latest available version of the software.

ANY LIABILITY OF INDEXCOR WILL BE LIMITED ONLY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

IndexCOR reserves the right to modify this document at any time on 30 days notice to the Licensee. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (USA).
